A modern and seamless solution

A start-up specializing in group insurance Benefiz was founded 5 years ago and has developed a fully digital, modern, and seamless solution.

Its ambition is to provide every VSE/SME with the opportunity to benefit from the services of a benefits manager.

"VSEs/SMEs often lack the ressources to dedicate a full-time employee to benefits management. So, we have digitized this function, bringing all employee beneftis together on a single platform”, explains Damien.

Since its launch in 2020, Benefiz has been one of KMH Benefits' key partners.

At Benefiz, everything is managed electronically: from the integration of legal documents and employee registration to benefits management.

 

 

"No paper leaves Benefiz," Damien emphasizes. "We send a link for signing the contract, which can be validated with a mobile phone number and a secure code, whether the number is American, British, or French."

 

The KMH Benefits teams typically handle the employee onboarding phase. "We invite employees to register on the platform using their work email address. This allows us to efficiently manage large numbers of employees," explains Gilles.

 

Other highly valued features include the ability to issue a digital third-party payment card using the employee's social security number, as well as the simplicity of adding a new beneficiary.

"The platform is interconnected with social security, so with just one click, everything is handled for the employee," adds Gilles.

Of course we cover healthcare and life plans, but also meal vouchers and what we call flex benefits: culture, gift vouchers, remote work, and even mental health services. And very soon, profit-sharing and savings," explains Damien.

"Everything is centralized in one place and accessible via a mobile app or web browser. Benefiz meets our customers’ and their employees’ expectations for speed, simplicity, responsiveness and efficiency," adds Gilles.

User-friendly and intuitive, Benefiz also makes it easy for employees to get reimbursed. "All they need to do is take a photo of your invoice and the next day the reimbursement is credited to the employee's account," says Gilles.

"With Benefiz, we help optimize employee compensation for smaller organizations," emphasizes Damien.
