Delphine Adam is HR Business Partner at Precisely, an American company specializing in Data integrity. She talks to us about how KMH Benefits assists her company in managing employee benefits in France.
What are Precisely's activities, and what role do you play in them?
Precisely is a specialized American company, global leader in data integrity. I'm HR Business Partner for the EMEA region.
In terms of employees, the two most important countries I look after are Germany and France. I'm also responsible for HR management in the Netherlands, Israel, Denmark, Belgium and Italy. This represents between 150 and 200 employees, including just under 50 in France.
What are the main challenges you face on a daily basis as HR Business Manager?
The first challenge is ensuring compliance with local laws in each country, bearing in mind that regulations can differ quite significantly from one country to another.
The second challenge is to enable managers and employees to work in the best possible conditions by promoting our cherished values of openness, determination, individuality and collaboration while maintaining a good social climate within the company.
Finally, we must carry out these two missions while ensuring that we respect our budgetary constraints.
Is attracting talent in a competitive sector such as tech also a challenge for you?
We have specific policies in place to attract talent, and benefits naturally play a key role.
Are you affected by the value sharing bonus?
We have studied the question with KMH Benefits, to find out if we were subject to this new obligation concerning the value sharing bonus. Their thorough and meticulous analysis helped us determine that this obligation does not yet apply to our company. However, this allows us to anticipate this question and study the potential implications.
So the KMH Benefits teams also help you to manage issues of this kind?
Indeed. The KMH Benefits teams are always available and responsive in answering my questions and those of our employees. The answers provided are always clear and precise. With KMH Benefits, we benefit from a tailor-made service, which is highly appreciated by employees and myself.
How do exchanges between Precisely employees and KMH Benefits teams work?
In general, our employees write to me when they encounter a problem: a change in coverage, the addition of a spouse, an unborn child. If I can't deal with it directly, I inform Gilles Degrange, General Manager at KMH Benefits, who takes over immediately. He deals with the matter independently, unless formal validation from me is necessary. This way, the KMH Benefits teams takes care of certain operational tasks, allowing me to focus on higher-value activities.
KMH Benefits is an extension of our HR department. I have worked with other health and benefits providers who did not deal with this type of issue.
Are there any specific cases that KMH Benefits helped you resolve?
We were faced with a complex problem related to employee contributions. Without going into detail, we had to deal with a suspension of health coverage for some employees, which created a significant legal risk for the company and its manager.
KMH Benefits helped me greatly in communicating with our healthcare partners to solve this problem.
We also had delays and errors in some reimbursements. Here again, the intervention of the KMH Benefits teams was very effective and decisive.
If you had to describe KMH Benefits in one sentence or a few key words, what would you say?
Professionalism, accessibility and a craing approach.
I also appreciate their expertise. You can tell that the teams know and have a good grasp of all the subjects they deal with. And all this while always remaining very friendly, which doesn't spoil anything, quite the contrary! If I were to recommend their service to colleagues, I would gladly do so.
